Getting started is simple! Head to our signup page, create an account with your email, and you'll immediately get access to our 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can start creating proposals within minutes.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All new users get a 14-day free trial of our Professional plan. You'll have full access to all features during your trial. If you don't want to continue after the trial, just cancel—you won't be charged.

Do I need to provide a credit card for the free trial?

No, you don't need a credit card to start your free trial. We'll only ask for payment details if you decide to continue your subscription after the trial ends.

What proposal templates are available?

We offer professionally designed templates for common industries including design, development, marketing, consulting, and more. You can customize any template to match your branding, and save your customized versions for future use.

Can I add my logo and branding to proposals?

Absolutely! Every proposal can be fully customized with your company logo, colors, fonts, and branding. You can set up your branding once and it'll apply to all your proposals automatically.

How do digital signatures work?

Clients can sign proposals directly within ProposalFlow. Once a client signs, you get an audit trail showing when and from where they signed. Signed proposals are marked as accepted in your dashboard.

What is the Smart Deal Advisor?

Our Smart Deal Advisor is an AI system that analyzes your historical proposal data to give you real-time recommendations. It suggests optimal pricing ranges, flags risky discounts, recommends relevant proposal sections, and predicts the likelihood of acceptance for your current proposal.

Can I track when clients view my proposals?

Yes! You'll get real-time notifications when clients view your proposals, along with details like how long they viewed it, what sections they spent the most time on, and whether they viewed it on mobile or desktop.

Can I reuse proposal sections across multiple proposals?

Yes! You can save sections you commonly use and reuse them across multiple proposals. This saves time and ensures consistency across all your proposals.

What happens after my free trial ends?
